Return Eligibility

Return Request Process

To request a return, please contact our support team within 3 days of receiving your order.

  • Photos of the product

  • Photos of the packaging

  • Description of the issue

Providing clear photos helps us process requests faster.

Inspection & Approval

Once your request is received, our team will review the information provided.

If the return request is approved, we will provide instructions regarding the return process.

Depending on the circumstances, we may offer:

  • A replacement product

  • Store credit

  • A refund

Damaged or Incorrect Products

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive:

  • The wrong item

Refunds

Shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchanges

If a replacement product is available, we may offer an exchange instead of a refund.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.
