Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver to all Lebanese regions, including:

  • Beirut

  • Mount Lebanon

  • North Lebanon

  • Akkar

  • Bekaa

  • Baalbek-Hermel

  • South Lebanon

  • Nabatieh

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is between 3–5 business days from the date the order is placed.

Delivery times may vary during:

  • Public holidays

  • Promotional periods

  • Severe weather conditions

  • Unexpected courier delays

While we strive to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated during checkout and displayed before completing your order.

Any applicable delivery charges will be clearly shown before order confirmation.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) throughout Lebanon.

Please ensure that someone is available to receive the order and complete payment at the delivery address provided.

Order Confirmation

To ensure accurate delivery, our team may contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm your order before shipment.

Orders that cannot be confirmed may be delayed or cancelled.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery cannot be completed due to:

  • Incorrect address information

  • Unreachable phone number

  • Customer unavailability

  • Refusal to accept the order

our delivery partner may attempt to contact you to arrange another delivery attempt.

Repeated failed delivery attempts may result in order cancellation.

Order Tracking

When available, delivery updates may be provided through phone, WhatsApp, email, or our delivery partners.

Delayed Deliveries

While we strive to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe, Zlavida is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier companies

  • Weather conditions

  • Public holidays

  • Force majeure events

  • Other circumstances beyond our control

Damaged or Missing Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your order arrives damaged or if any items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the product

  • Photos of the packaging

  • A description of the issue

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information.

Zlavida is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided during checkout.
